MIKUMI AND RUAHA NATIONAL PARKS - 5 Days/ 4 Nights.
Day
1: Depart from your Dar-es
Salaam hotel to Iringa with picnic lunch boxes. You will have dinner and
overnight at Iringa Hotel.

2: After having breakfast
you will drive to Ruaha National Park and have lunch at Ruaha River Lodge. In
the afternoon you will have a game drive in the park and late in the afternoon
back to the Ruaha River Lodge for dinner and overnight.

3: After breakfast a full
day game drive at Ruaha National Park with picnic lunch until late in the

4: Early in the Morning
after breakfast you will have a brief viewing of Ruaha National Park before
living for Mikumi National Park with picnic lunch boxes. You will arrive late
and go straight to the Mikumi Wildlife Lodge for dinner and overnight.

after having breakfast you will have a morning game viewing until in the
afternoon for lunch at the Mikumi Wildlife Lodge. Preparation for the Safari
back to Dar -es Salaam to the Hotel.

Day 1:
Pick up from the Hotel and drive to Selous Game Reserve. Have picnic lunch on
the way. Late afternoon you will arrive at the Camp. Enjoy an evening boat

Day 2:
After an early breakfast, enjoy a walking safari in the wilderness of the Selous

After breakfast, you will visit the snake park in Mikumi town before driving

overnight at Behobeho Camp.

After breakfast you will depart
for Ruaha National Park for dinner and overnight at Ruaha River Lodge.

Day 1: Arusha – Kindi . In the morning pick up from your hotel
in Arusha and drive to Manolo on Pare Highlands at Malaika Mkomazi View Lodge
for lunch, the starting center of the tour. After lunch short hike to the famous
Mpepera View. Culture dance performance in evening at Lodge. Dinner and
overnight at Malaika Mkomazi View Lodge
Day 2.After breakfast,game drive at Mkomazi National Park,Dinner
and overnight in Malaika Mkomazi View Lodge
Day 3. After breakfast, we start walking toward Kwizu forest, we
enjoy flowers and monkeys, overnights and dinner in tents.
Day 4. After breakfast we start hiking torward Kweresha Hils, on
the way we pass villages, and we arrival at Iziso le Mija, great view on the
way,nature and birds to see, we camp in this place,meal and overnight in tents.
Day 5: Kweresha - Chome village. Wake up at 0630 hrs for an early
breakfast followed by hiking heading to Tona Ranz Dam for 2hrs. Missionary Mr.
D.J. Danholz had a wheat farm at Tona Moorland. Proceed to Chome village where
you will arrive in the early afternoon for lunch. Enjoy the scenery of the as
the village is very green and famous for producing vegetable and fruits. Dinner
and overnight in camp.
Day 6: Chome - Shengena Mountain – Chome. Breakfast in Chome, and
then ascend Mt. Shengena , which rise at 2463m, the highest point in both Pare
and Usambara Mountains . Proceed with your walking up through Shengena forest
reserve, which consist of endemic plant species and the Shengena black and white
Colobus monkeys. 3 hrs walk, you will reach on the peak where on clear days you
will be able to view Mt. Meru, Kilimanjaro and Usambaras. Another 3hrs descend
to Chome arriving in the early afternoon for lunch. After lunch relax at Leisure
in the lodge/camp or walk around the area. Dinner and overnight in Chome.
Day 7: Chome – Manolo . After breakfast, walk back to Manolo
where you will arrive in the early afternoon in time for lunch. After lunch the
drive will take you back to Arusha. Hotel. Dinner.
