3 Days, 2 Nights - Selous Game Reserve
Day
1:- Depart Dar to drive/ Fly to Selous, on
arrival late afternoon check in at Rufiji River
Camp. The tented camp is situated in the
north-eastern part of the Selous Game Reserve on
a high bank overlooking the mighty Rufiji River
and the plain beyond. The camp accommodates
guests in 20 comfortable tents. Each tent has
twin beds with mosquito nets, en-suite bathroom
and a veranda facing the river. The central
restaurant provides excellent cuisine. The camp
makes maximum use of local materials, retaining
an intimate relationship with the surrounding
eco-system OR Hippo Camp for dinner
and overnight stay.
Day 2:- After breakfast choice of 2
excursions, Walking Safari, Boat Safari OR Game
drive. Lunch, Dinner and overnight at Rufiji
River Camp OR Hippo Camp.
Day 3:- After breakfast, Game Drive, Boat
Safari OR Walking Safari, Lunch and then
drive/Fly back to Dar arriving late evening.
