Most are protected by coral reefs and are made of white coral-sand. Here you can relax on the balmy, tropical shores of the Indian Ocean or skorkel in its crystal clear water. Alternatively you may choose to rent bicycles, walk to a nearby village or enjoy optional excursions to other parts of the island. Hotel 2 nights – half board (Bed, Breakfast & Dinner)

It is a relatively new city Sultan Majid bin Said of Zanzibar, saw the potential of Dar as a deepwater port because of its strategic position at the centre of the East African coast.
