RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation please communicate via email and our sales team work out the perfect itinerary to suite your needs.
Payment terms: - An invoice with our bank account details will be issued on receipt of your reservation. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. All payments in US dollars. Payment must be made by international electronic bank transfer. The balance is due a month before arrival, so that cleared funds are in our account no less than 14 days before arrival.
NOTE: We do not accept credit cards payment.
Cancellation Policy/Charges:
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable but please note that all hotels and lodges have cancellation policies to protect themselves against lost business.
Less than 30 days: 100% of invoiced amount
Between 60 days and 30 hours: 50% of invoiced
More than 60 days: 20% of the invoice amount
